We had a bad experience visiting this place during the month of December. The place is severely understaffed and nothing is available.Half of the place isn’t constructed yet and everything is half-built. Had to call the staff for shampoo and toiletries and everything as we needed it.The towels aren’t clean and the TV did not work.This place also does not serve breakfast, despite no restaurants being available nearby. Most items from the restaurant aren’t available and all of this adds up to a very very substandard experience for the price that they are charging.There’s no point in having fancy equipment if this is the actual experience of the place.The rooms are the only thing that is of any value.Please have no expectations before coming here.

I had a best experience in this resort. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Had a rich look. The facilities are good. The swimming pool was clean and I have spend my day worthfully. You should experience the same.

Tucked amidst the lush green western ghats, this place truly makes for a great escape from your mundane lull.I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Great hospitality, drool worthy food and absolute value for money.Very kind and hospitable staff. Well maintained kitchen and calm serene surroundings makes it a perfect place to chill with family and friends alike.Definitely try crispy corn, mango crush , honey chilli potato and the amazing variety of ice creams they serve. Tiramisu is definitely a smart pick.Kudos to the entire team for providing such a relaxed experience 🙌🏻

Visited this place couple of times now…. Very refreshing experience….. This is a must visit place of you are planning to visit jog falls….. This place has it’s own little water feature where u can relax…. The non chemical pool with fountain was something I enjoyed. Now let’s talk about food… This place serves you one of the best starters and tandoori item is a must try… Only thing negative about this place is that u can’t stay forever to enjoy nature’s beauty….Resort 4.8Staff 5Food 4.9Total vibe 5

Serene Nature Resort: Delicious Food and Excellent ServiceThe resort was in a beautiful natural setting, with green trees and a peaceful river nearby. Our room had a lovely view and felt cozy.The restaurant served tasty food. The staff and owner were very friendly and helpful.They made sure we had a great time. The resort also cared about the environment, which was nice to see. There’s fun exploring the area and relaxing by the pool. It was a perfect five-star experience for nature lovers, and we can’t wait to go back!
